How to Brew Senna Quick Start

Use freshly boiled water at 100°C. Add one heaped teaspoon per cup and steep for five to seven minutes.

A shorter infusion keeps the apple, rosehip and pomegranate notes brighter and fruitier. A longer infusion gives a deeper colour and allows more of the senna’s herbal character to come through.
