A fine example from the Wuji Mountains with a large open slightly greyish to black leaf with a sharp note of spicy smoke. The larger leaves from the bottom of the plant are picked for this tea. After fermentation these leaves are put on hot iron pans and roasted for a short while and then smoked over pinewood rich in resin
