Boysenberry Fruit infusion
The Boysenberry is a cross between the blackberry, loganberry and raspberry. This fruit makes a rich and fragrant infusion. A wonderful hint of wild berry with a heady aroma. A very large bramble fruit a variety of blackberry. Boysenberry was created by Rudolph Boysen who experimented with various berry crosses in Napa California in the 1920s. In 1923 his cross of a blackberry loganberry and raspberry successfully cropped - giving us the Boysenberry. Lush, rich and full of amazing vitamins.
