1. Green Mao Feng "Long March"

(Lightly astringent with a touch of oak cask.A superb example of premium March green tea from the northern Fujian Province. This is a perfect quality for beginners in the world of green teas. Due to its wild leaf structure it is also called Criss Cross. The dark green curled Sinensis leaf releases a fine bouquet. The colour reminds of a shiny lemon. It is tender and soft in taste yet very aromatic.)

2. Vietnam Tung Ting Oolong

The bright green cup features an elegant tea with a sweet floral aroma. The city of Bao Loc is located in the Lam Dong province of the highlands of South Vietnam where for decades Taiwanese methods have produced excellent green oolongs.The freshly picked tea leaves are first dried on open-air cloths in the sun and then rolled in cylindrical bamboo pots so that the leaves can be broken and the fermentation can be initiated.After reaching the desired degree of fermentation the tea is dried at low temperatures. The bright green cup features an elegant tea with a sweet floral aroma.

3. Chinese Sencha Grade A

A delightful soft and mellow tea suitable for all occasions. A good grade of Chinese Sencha which can be consumed at any time of the day and on every occasion. The large-leafed tea is slightly brittle and wiry and the dark olive green infusion clearly shows that the middle leaf shoots which contain less caffeine have also been processed. The cup shimmers with a strong green-yellow tone and the taste is soft and mild

 4. Melfort Special Green Tea - Pussellawa Valley

5. Jade Dragon Green Yunnan FOP

A beautifully made tea with lots of silvery tips. The leaves yield a bright clear greenish liquor in the cup with a refreshing taste. Grown in the Yunnan Province of Southern China bordering Vietnam Laos Burma and the Assam Valley of India. The leaf is very attractive large and twisted green with a little tip. The liquor is bright and fragrant with a beautiful sweet and delicate flavour.

6. Dragonwell Lung Jing - Fine Grade 2 Organic

Malty with a rich jammy-like flavour best describes this premium tea. The tea is vacuum-packed at the estate capturing the pungent 2nd flush flavour at its peak. A top tea! Steamed green tea and a special 10 part handmade process. Full bodied tending astringent (brisk) with a slight heady bouquet. Full green tea flavor. With a bright green infusion. Lung Ching Tea - also known as Dragonwell is produced by hand through a 10-part process.

7. Jasmine Dragon Pearls

An exquisite hand-rolled jasmine scented tea. The pearls explode into large leaves in the cup. This is a rich soothing cup of indulgence. An absolutely stunning tea. The intense flavour and scent of jasmine gives way to an incredibly clean after-taste. Watch the dragon pearls blossom before your eyes.This green tea has a unique shape of a pearl. These pearls consist of two types of leaves and unopened hand rolled buds. This tea has a sweet flavour with a flowery Jasmine aroma. Compared with our other Jasmine teas this has a strong tea flavour and a strong Jasmine fragrance.

8. Bai Maio Hou - White Monkey

A fluffy leaf yields a light green infusion with a mild cup with nuances of honey. A must for every lover of green tea. An absolute must for every lover of Chinese green tea! Bai Mao Hou White Monkey is a traditional green tea variety that grows along the slopes of the Taimu mountains in Fujian province of China.

9. Palace Needle - Organic

Very fine tea with pleasing colour and subtle flavour with good aroma. Like all rarities this tea is produced with utmost care in the Province of Hubei in Mid-April. Only the finest leaves and buds are collected then steamed dried and re-sieved before packaging. No extremes of heat are used in the meticulous processing of this tea.

10. Sencha Ko Kei Cha "Special"

Sometimes called Spaghetti tea. this by-product of the manufacture of Matcha is extruded like pasta. It is an exquisite green tea at a good price. Kokeicha is a specialty Japanese tea prepared from the finegreen tea powder used in tea ceremonies. A special processwhereby water is added to the tea powder kneaded extrudedthrough a machine (similar to making fresh pasta) and finallydried to result in a "pine needle" like form.

Flowery consists of large leaves, typically plucked in the second or third flush with an abundance of tips. Golden flowery includes very young tips or buds (usually golden in colour) that were picked early in the season.
