This blend was made to take milk well — a good splash of whole milk brings out the warmth of the Assam and softens the briskness of the Ceylon beautifully. For iced tea, brew two bags in 300ml of boiling water, steep for 4 minutes, then pour directly over a full glass of ice and top up if desired.
