There was delivery issue in my order (delivered 50g instead of 125g ordered). Nobody answers emails for 3 weeks, messenger note forwarded to business owner Simon and no answer for 10 days. That was my 5th or more order and unfortunate the last one.
The title says it all, but I found the Dammann Freres flavour I was looking for; the price was excellent, unlike other places that overcharge their prices with the excuse of being it a French brand; and the delivery was super fast (less than 12hours)!

I moved address and informed High Teas.
They sent the next shipment to the correct address.
The next one, inexplicably, went to our old address, and the next, despite us getting in contact repeatedly.
We’ve now lost several shipments, and can’t get a response from anyone.
They took prior payment and now there is no recovery.
So please, please, pay heed and do not subscribe or buy from them.
You’ll pay many times over in both lost hours and much lost money.

I seem to have developed an addiction for second flush Darjeeling, and High Teas provide a wide choice, with different tastes, at a reasonable price, with swift delivery.
I love experimenting with the different teas available. Some are better than others, but I haven’t had any that were undrinkable so far. Always prompt delivery as well, I’ve been using them for around a year now.

2 Assam Mangalam with 1 Emroc Kenyan is my go to breakfast mix, but the pleasure is trying the different teas, at different times. High Teas selection is wide and delivery is good.
