How to Brew Bangalore Rose Chai Loose Leaf Tea
Use freshly boiled water at 100°C and add one heaped teaspoon per cup. Steep for 4 to 5 minutes to draw out the full body of the black tea while preserving the rose fragrance.
Add milk after brewing if desired. For a sweeter serve, a small spoonful of honey complements the floral profile particularly well.
