Brewing Note: Caramel flavoured black tea brews best with freshly boiled water at 100°C — the full temperature helps draw out the caramel sweetness and gives the blend the depth it deserves. Use one heaped teaspoon per cup and steep for 3 to 4 minutes. Shorter steeping keeps it lighter and sweeter; a full 4 minutes brings out more body and a bolder finish. It is delicious on its own, but a splash of whole milk transforms it into something closer to a caramel latte — rich, smooth and genuinely indulgent. Avoid steeping for much longer than 4 minutes, as over-extraction can introduce bitterness that works against the natural sweetness of the caramel.
