How to Brew Dammann Freres Chai Tea

For a more traditional chai-style preparation, Dammann Freres suggests using equal parts boiling water and hot milk with sugar, or infusing the blend directly in boiling hot milk.

A shorter infusion gives a slightly brighter, more tea-led cup. A longer steep develops a deeper spice character and a fuller finish.
