Brewing Note: The Yorkshire Harrogate Breakfast Brew is as straightforward to brew as a great breakfast tea should be. Place one pyramid bag in your cup or pot and pour freshly boiled water directly over it. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes depending on your preference — 3 minutes gives a lighter, brighter cup, while 5 minutes draws out more body and depth. It takes milk beautifully, which transforms the deep amber liquor to a warm, golden brew with a soft, rounded finish. If you prefer it without milk, a slightly shorter steep will keep the astringency gentle and the cup clean.
