How to Brew Dammann Freres Carcadet Nuit d'Été

Use one Cristal sachet per cup. Infuse in freshly boiled water at 100°C for 5 to 6 minutes to allow the hibiscus, apple and rosehip to fully release their colour and flavour.

For a lighter cup, brew for around 5 minutes. For a deeper ruby colour and more intense berry-tart character, allow the sachet to infuse for 6 to 7 minutes.

For iced tea, brew hot using slightly less water for a stronger infusion, then pour over ice once steeped. A little honey can be added while hot if you prefer a rounder, softer fruit finish.
