Chinese Sencha Grade A is well suited to those who want a gentler green tea for daily drinking. It works beautifully first thing in the morning, later in the afternoon or whenever a clean, calming cup feels right.

How to Brew Chinese Sencha Grade A
Use water cooled after boiling to around 75°C to 80°C and add one heaped teaspoon per cup. Steep for 2 to 3 minutes.
A 2-minute brew gives a lighter, sweeter cup. A 3-minute infusion develops a touch more body while keeping the tea smooth and clean.
Serve without milk. The leaves can also give a lighter second infusion with a shorter steeping time.
