Organic Dragonwell Loose Leaf Green Tea from Zhejiang
Dragonwell, also known as Lung Jing or Long Jing, is one of China’s most celebrated green teas. This Fine Grade 2 organic example shows exactly why it has been treasured for generations: it is elegant in appearance, expressive in flavour and deeply satisfying in the cup.
The leaves are carefully crafted into Dragonwell’s signature flat, sword-like shape, creating a tea that is as pleasing to watch while brewing as it is to drink.

How to Brew Organic Dragonwell Lung Jing Tea
Use water at around 80°C rather than fully boiling. Add one heaped teaspoon per cup and steep for 2 to 3 minutes.
The leaves will usually give a second and often a third infusion. Extend the steeping time slightly with each subsequent brew as the flavour becomes lighter and more delicate.
