How to Brew Dammann Frères Rooibos Citrus

Use one Cristal sachet per cup. Infuse with freshly boiled water, or water just off the boil, for 4 to 5 minutes. Rooibos is naturally low in tannins and very forgiving, so you can brew a little longer if you prefer a deeper, more rounded cup.

For iced rooibos citrus, brew hot using one sachet per cup, allow to cool, then serve over ice. A slice of fresh orange makes a simple finishing touch. No milk is needed.
