Brewing Note: For the best cup, use freshly drawn water brought just to the boil and pour directly over the pyramid bag in your mug or cup. Allow the tea to steep for three to four minutes — whole leaves take a little longer to infuse than conventional bags, and the wait is well worth it. The pyramid pouch gives the leaves room to open fully, so resist the urge to squeeze the bag, which can introduce unwanted bitterness. This blend is excellent with a splash of milk and takes sugar well if preferred, though it is smooth and rounded enough to enjoy entirely on its own. The pyramid can be reinfused for a second, lighter cup.
