How to Brew Apple and Lemon Loose Leaf Fruit Tea
Use freshly boiled water at 100°C and add one heaped teaspoon per cup. Steep for 6 to 8 minutes for a full, rounded infusion.
For a deeper colour and a more pronounced tartness from the hibiscus and rosehip, extend the steep to 10 minutes. For iced tea, brew at double strength, allow to cool, then pour over plenty of ice.
