Our Ashwagandha tea Winter Cherry is a naturally caffeine-free loose leaf herbal blend with ashwagandha root, apple, cranberry, elderflower, strawberry leaves and cornflower petals. Warming, fruity and gently earthy, it offers bright cranberry and wild cherry notes with a soft floral finish, making it especially suited to calm evening moments and colder days.

Ashwagandha Tea with Winter Cherry and Cranberry

Winter Cherry takes its name from ashwagandha, also known botanically as Withania somnifera. This traditional root has long been valued in Ayurvedic practice and brings a quiet, grounding character to this warming herbal infusion.

The blend combines the earthy depth of cut ashwagandha root with apple, cranberry, elderflower, strawberry leaves and cornflower petals. The result is a layered fruit and herbal infusion with a soft rosy amber colour and a naturally seasonal aroma.

A Warming Caffeine-Free Herbal Infusion

This blend contains no black tea, green tea or added caffeine, making it a good choice for the evening or for anyone looking for a soothing herbal cup without caffeine.

Cranberry brings a bright tartness, while wild cherry flavour adds warmth and fruit sweetness. Apple pieces round the cup, elderflower gives a delicate honeyed floral note, and strawberry leaves add a clean, gentle freshness.

Fruity, Floral and Gently Earthy

In the cup, Winter Cherry is bright, aromatic and comforting. The fruit character comes forward first, with cranberry and cherry giving the infusion its seasonal feel.

Ashwagandha sits quietly underneath the fruit and flowers, adding a mild earthy warmth without bitterness. Cornflower petals bring visual beauty and a subtle floral softness to the blend.

Best for Quiet Moments and Colder Days

This is a tea for slow sipping rather than rushing. Served hot, it feels warming and restorative, especially after dinner or during a quiet afternoon break.

It can also be brewed stronger and poured over ice for a refreshing seasonal iced infusion, with the cranberry and cherry notes becoming brighter as the tea cools.

How to Brew Winter Cherry Ashwagandha Tea

Use freshly boiled water at 100°C. Add one heaped teaspoon per cup and steep for seven to ten minutes.

The fruit and ashwagandha root develop more fully with a longer infusion, giving the cup extra warmth and depth. This blend needs no milk and is naturally pleasant without sweetener, although a small drizzle of honey works beautifully on a cold evening.

Use freshly boiled water (95–100°C) and steep 1 teaspoon of tea for 3–5 minutes, depending on your preferred strength. It pairs well with milk due to its malty character.
