How to Brew the Breakfast Tea Mini Sample Box
As a general guide, use freshly boiled water and one heaped teaspoon of loose leaf tea per cup. Steep for around 3 to 5 minutes depending on the tea and your preferred strength.
The bolder breakfast blends and Irish Breakfast can take a fuller infusion and suit milk especially well. Yunnan Imperial Gold Tip is smoother and particularly rewarding tried without milk first, while Assam Mangalam is excellent both black and with a splash.
