How to Brew Butter Truffle Black Tea

Use freshly boiled water at 95°C to 100°C and add one heaped teaspoon per cup. Steep for 3 to 4 minutes.

A 3-minute brew keeps the cup brighter and allows the citrus and spice to show more clearly. A 4-minute infusion develops fuller black tea body and a richer nutty depth.

If adding milk, keep towards the shorter end of the brewing range.
