Chai Classic Organic is a naturally caffeine free herbal chai infusion built entirely from nine whole certified organic botanicals, with no added flavourings and no tea leaf of any kind. Where most chai blends rely on black tea as their foundation, this is a pure herbal infusion in which the spices and botanicals provide everything: the warmth, the depth, and the body.

Cinnamon and ginger form the heart of the blend, delivering the characteristic heat and sweetness that define a good chai. Cardamom adds its distinctive fragrant quality — floral, slightly sweet, and immediately recognisable — while whole cloves and black pepper introduce a slower, deeper warmth that builds quietly without ever becoming sharp or aggressive.

Ingredients: Cinnamon pieces, ginger bits, whole black pepper, whole cloves, fennel, turmeric slices, whole cardamom, raspberry leaves, pink rose petals (all from organic cultivation).

Brewing Note: Chai Classic Organic brews beautifully with freshly boiled water at 100°C. Use a generous teaspoon per cup and steep for between 7 and 10 minutes — the longer end allows the cinnamon and cloves to fully open and deepens the overall character. The infusion takes milk exceptionally well; a splash of warm whole milk or oat milk transforms it into something closer to a traditional masala chai experience. A small amount of honey can complement the natural spice if you prefer a slightly sweeter cup. This blend is best enjoyed as a single, generous infusion rather than re-steeped.
