Dammann Freres Earl Grey Yin Zhen is one of the French tea house’s most distinctive interpretations of Earl Grey. Fragrant Bergamot with a Softer, More Elegant Finish
In the cup, this Dammann Freres Earl Grey Yin Zhen brews to a bright amber liquor with a clean, lifted bergamot aroma. The citrus note is polished and floral rather than sharp, carried by a smooth black tea base and softened visually and aromatically by the white tips and petals within the blend.

How to Brew Dammann Freres Earl Grey Yin Zhen
Use water at around 90°C and infuse one Cristal® sachet for 4 to 5 minutes. Dammann Freres recommends this temperature and steeping range for Earl Grey Yin Zhen.
A 4-minute infusion gives a brighter, more delicate cup. A 5-minute brew develops a fuller black tea body and a more lingering bergamot finish.
This blend is best enjoyed without milk if you want to appreciate its citrus and floral elegance most clearly. A thin slice of lemon also works beautifully.
