Our Dammann Freres Earl Grey Yin Zhen is a refined Earl Grey black tea enriched with white tips and flower petals, scented with Calabrian bergamot and presented in premium Cristal® tea bags. Smooth, aromatic and elegantly citrus-led, it offers a more polished expression of classic Earl Grey, with a bright amber cup and a beautifully balanced finish.

Dammann Freres Earl Grey Yin Zhen Tea Bags

Dammann Freres Earl Grey Yin Zhen is one of the French tea house’s most distinguished Earl Grey blends. Fine black teas are combined with white tips, flower petals and Calabrian bergamot to create a tea that feels more decorative, more aromatic and more refined than a standard bergamot black tea.

Presented in Cristal® tea bags, it offers the convenience of a sachet format while preserving the visual elegance and generous infusion style associated with the Dammann Freres range.

Bright Bergamot with White Tips and Flower Petals

In the cup, this Dammann Freres Earl Grey Yin Zhen brews to a warm amber infusion with a clear, lifted bergamot aroma. The citrus character is fragrant and balanced rather than sharp, while the white tips and flower petals give the blend a softer, more elegant appearance and style.

The result is a superior Earl Grey that feels familiar enough for everyday drinking, yet refined enough to serve when you want something a little more special.

A Premium Earl Grey Tea Bag

Dammann Freres describes Earl Grey Yin Zhen as a superior Earl Grey designed to satisfy refined tastes. The sachet versions retain the same signature blend of black tea, white tips, petals and bergamot that appears across the wider Earl Grey Yin Zhen range.

A Sophisticated Earl Grey for Morning or Afternoon

Dammann Freres Earl Grey Yin Zhen is a fine choice for anyone who loves Earl Grey but prefers a blend with a little more softness and finesse. It suits a considered morning cup, a mid-afternoon pause or any moment when a standard black tea feels too ordinary.

How to Brew Dammann Freres Earl Grey Yin Zhen

Use water at 90°C and infuse for 4 to 5 minutes, following Dammann Freres’ official brewing guidance.

A 4-minute infusion gives a brighter, more delicate cup. A 5-minute brew develops a fuller black tea body and a longer bergamot finish.

This tea is especially good served black or with a sliver of fresh lemon.

Ingredients

Black tea, white tips, flower petals, bergamot flavouring.
