How to Brew Dammann Freres Verveine Verbena

Use one Cristal sachet per cup. Infuse in freshly boiled water at 100°C for around 6 minutes to allow the verbena leaves to release their full aroma and naturally fruity, lemony flavour.

For a lighter cup, brew for around 5 minutes. For a fuller, more aromatic infusion, allow the sachet to steep for 6 to 7 minutes. Remove the sachet without pressing. This infusion is best enjoyed without milk.

To serve cold, brew a stronger infusion, allow it to cool, then pour over ice for a refreshing caffeine-free drink.
