Breakfast Earl Grey can take a slightly longer steep if you prefer a fuller cup, while Evening Earl Grey Decaffeinated is especially pleasant around the 4-minute mark. Green tea Earl Greys such as Finest Green Earl Grey with Rose Petals and Earl Grey Sencha with Wild Bergamot are better brewed with slightly cooler water to preserve their brighter, more delicate character.
