How to Brew Forest Fruits Loose Leaf Tea

Use freshly boiled water at around 95°C to 100°C and add one teaspoon per cup. Steep for 3 to 4 minutes for a brighter, more fruit-forward infusion, or up to 5 minutes if you prefer greater body and depth.

This tea is best enjoyed without milk, which allows the raspberry and strawberry notes to remain clear. For iced tea, brew double strength, cool briefly, then pour over ice.
