Bella Coola is a bold and colourful loose leaf fruit infusion inspired by the vivid landscape of British Columbia’s Bella Coola Valley. Like its namesake, this blend is bright, generous and full of natural character.

Orange and pineapple bring a warm tropical sweetness, while apple adds body and roundness. Hibiscus gives the infusion its deep ruby colour and pleasing tart edge, with rosehip adding a naturally fruity, slightly tangy finish.

How to Brew Bella Coola Fruit Herbal Tea

Use freshly boiled water at 100°C. Add one heaped teaspoon per cup and steep for five to seven minutes.

A longer infusion will deepen the colour and bring out more tartness from the hibiscus. For cold brewing, add the loose leaf infusion to cold water and leave in the fridge overnight. Serve over ice with a slice of orange or a sprig of mint if desired.
