How to Brew Lemon Ginger Herbal Tea
Use freshly boiled water at 100°C and add one heaped teaspoon per cup. Steep for seven to ten minutes, depending on how deep and spiced you prefer the flavour.
A shorter infusion of around five to seven minutes gives a brighter, more citrus-led cup, while a longer steep creates fuller spice and a richer colour. For cold brewing, use a heaped teaspoon per 300ml of cold water and leave in the fridge overnight.
