Brewing Note: Orange with Zests is a straightforward and rewarding brew. Use freshly boiled water and allow it to cool for just thirty seconds before pouring — a temperature of around 95°C gives the black tea the best extraction while keeping the orange character clean and bright. Steep for 3 to 4 minutes for a lively, citrus-forward cup, or extend to 5 minutes if you prefer a deeper, more robust liquor. This tea takes milk if you like, though many find it most enjoyable without — the orange peel shines clearly on its own. For iced tea, brew at double strength, then pour over ice and allow to cool; the citrus notes carry particularly well when chilled.
