How to Brew Darjeeling Soom Estate First Flush
Use water at around 90°C to 95°C and add one heaped teaspoon per cup. Steep for 3 to 4 minutes.
A shorter brew gives a brighter, more delicate cup. A slightly fuller infusion brings out more depth while retaining the tea’s refined first flush character.
Serve without milk.
