How to Brew Organic Lavender Loose Leaf Tea

Use freshly boiled water at 100°C and add around one generous teaspoon per cup, approximately 2g.

Steep for 5 to 7 minutes depending on how pronounced you want the floral character to be. A shorter brew gives a softer, more delicate infusion, while a longer steep brings out more aromatic depth.

Strain carefully, as the dried flowers are small and fine.
