It is best enjoyed plain, allowing the natural sweetness and subtle vegetal character of the leaf to remain clear.
How to Brew Palace Needle Organic
Use water at around 75°C to 80°C and add approximately 2 to 3g of leaf per 200ml. Steep for 2 to 3 minutes.
A shorter brew gives a lighter, more delicate cup. A slightly fuller infusion brings out more of the tea’s gentle vegetal depth.
The leaves are well suited to a second and often a third infusion, each one becoming slightly softer and more delicate.
