Brewing Note: Passionfruit and Orange Fruit Infusion is straightforward to brew and very forgiving. Use freshly boiled water at 100°C and add one heaped teaspoon of the blend per cup. Allow it to steep for 5 to 7 minutes — longer if you prefer a fuller, more intense fruit flavour. The infusion is equally good served cold: brew it a little stronger than usual, allow it to cool, and pour over ice for a clean, tropical drink. No milk or sugar is needed, though a slice of orange alongside a cold brew is a pleasant touch.
