How to Brew Winter Blend Firelight

Use freshly boiled water at 100°C and add one heaped teaspoon per mug. Steep for 7 to 10 minutes.

A shorter brew keeps the fruit brighter and the spice a little gentler. A longer infusion draws out more warmth from the cinnamon, clove and ginger, as well as greater depth of colour.

This infusion needs no milk, as the almonds and coconut already create a naturally rounded finish. A small drizzle of honey can be added if you prefer extra sweetness. For cold brew, steep overnight in cold water in the fridge, then strain and serve over ice.
