How to Brew Golden Glow Turmeric Herbal Tea

Use freshly boiled water at 100°C and add one rounded teaspoon per cup. Steep for seven to ten minutes, depending on how rich and warming you prefer the infusion.

A shorter steep keeps the cup lighter and more delicate, while a longer infusion draws out greater depth from the turmeric and ginger. For cold brewing, use a heaped teaspoon per glass or jug, leave in the fridge for six to eight hours, then strain and serve chilled.
