Wake Me Up is an organic energising herbal tea built around one clear purpose: to rouse the senses, sharpen the mind, and send you into your day fully alert. It is naturally caffeine free, drawing its invigorating character not from tea leaves but from a bold assembly of warming spices, bright citrus, and aromatic herbs — every one of them from organic cultivation.

Ginger sits at the heart of this blend, as it has done in herbal traditions across Asia and the Middle East for thousands of years. Valued for centuries in both Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese medicine, ginger is one of the most studied roots in the world of herbal wellness, long associated with warmth, circulation, and a natural sense of vitality. Here it is joined by chilli, which delivers a clean, bright heat, and cinnamon pieces that add sweetness and a comforting spiced depth. Lemon peel cuts through with a sharp citrus note, while apple pieces bring a gentle, rounded sweetness that softens and balances the whole.

Beneath these headline flavours, the blend builds in remarkable complexity. Brewing Note: Wake Me Up is best brewed with fully boiling water — 100°C — to draw out the full warmth and complexity of the spices. Use a heaped teaspoon per cup and steep for 7 to 10 minutes; the longer steep brings more heat from the ginger and chilli, while a shorter one gives a brighter, more citrus-forward result. The blend also makes an excellent cold brew: simply steep in cold water for 6 to 8 hours in the fridge and serve over ice for a wonderfully refreshing spiced drink in warmer months. A small spoon of honey works beautifully if you prefer a little extra sweetness.
