I have fallen in love with this Assam. The aroma of the leaves is fabulous from the bag and cup. It can be made really strong with a full teaspoon and boiling water, but I love making it with a little less tea, and water just before full boil. This seems to get nice flavor but not too much strength or astringency so can be enjoyed very much without milk and anytime of day that way. Beautiful cup!
