When grown in optimal conditions and gently processed in small batches, teas possess a myriad of surprising health benefits. Tannins found in teas help to improve digestion and immunity. The small amount of caffeine in tea can boost energy levels. Types of Black Teas 

In our collection, we have so many choices for a tasty flavourful cuppa. From Assam black teas to Souchong black teas, there is a flavour for all.  

For special single-estate black teas, you may want to start with some prime examples from the Assam region of India. Our bestselling Mokalabari East is an absolute classic: bold and bright with a spicy, rich character. Our much-loved Assam Mangalam Estate makes for the best breakfast tea you could wish for. It is richly flavoured, malty and spicy. Make it even tastier with a splash of milk to kickstart your day! This tea is absolutely gorgeous, we even drink it in the mornings.  

Head over to Darjeeling for an aromatic organic tea. Our 1st/2nd flush Happy Valley Estate is a wonderful aromatic blend of first and second flush tea. With notes of muscatel and light, fruity peach, this Darjeeling black tea is certainly packed with flavour and is worth a try. Or, for the best of both worlds, you could try our Darjeeling/Assam blend brunch tea.
