According to the Ayurvedic Teachings, this composition of ingredients supports the Dosha Vata. Ingredients: cinnamon pieces, ginger bits, fennel, cardamom (whole), liquorice roots, lemon peel. All ingredients from certified organic cultivation. Important: Always brew with boiling water and let infuse for 5-10 minutes in order to obtain a lovely beverage.
