Our House Choice Masala Chai is made by brewing black tea with a mixture of aromatic herbs and spices. Our mix includes green cardamom pods, cinnamon sticks, ground cloves, ground ginger, and black peppercorn together with black tea leaves. Traditionally this chai would be brewed using milk instead of water. The same effect however can be created by brewing your tea in the usual fashion and adding warm milk. Brew yourself a cup and be spiritually transported to old Cochin, a truly superb tea.

Please note: In order to become more environmentally-friendly we no longer add large coloured labels to our tea packets. Simply peel off the small name label from the back of your packet to make it totally biodegradable! Gift tubes are as shown.
