A tea of the highest quality. Produced during March at the height of the 1st Flush this tea is alive with muscatel flavours. Nutty, sweet and soft, it is highly aromatic and made with the lightest green tips. Soom means ‘The Triangle’ in the language of the Lepcha and is the symbol of the goddess of wealth. Seen from the top of the mountain this plantation looks like the letter Y.
