Kenya - Kaimosi Estate GFBOP
Rich with a strong and striking flavour. Takes milk well. At just under 6 000 feet Kaimosi is at the lowest elevation of our farms and covers just 3.2 square miles of the North Nandi District of Kenya. Tea planting began here in the 1940s and much of the tea harvested today still comes from these mature and established bushes. The area enjoys excellent weather with an average rainfall of just over 2 000mm well distributed throughout the year. A tea with good breakfast-like strength.
