Rich with a strong and striking flavour. Takes milk well. At just under 6000 feet Kaimosi is at the lowest elevation of our Kenyan farms and covers just 3.2 square miles of the North Nandi District of Kenya. Tea planting began here in the 1940s and much of the tea harvested today still comes from those mature and established bushes. The area enjoys excellent weather with an average rainfall of just over 2000mm well distributed throughout the year. A tea with good, breakfast-like strength.
Please note: In order to become more environmentally-friendly we no longer add large coloured labels to our tea packets. Simply peel off the small name label from the back of your packet to make it totally biodegradable! Gift tubes are as shown.

Good straight as a breakfast alternative or as a mix in a blend when you want a bit of colour and maltiness
This is the best breakfast tea. Nice and strong with lots of flavour
Great flavour & golden/ amber colour. It's wonderful on it's own but magnificent if you add just a bit to the Assam Mangalam (1/3 to 2/3) : the two compliment each other.
