Vietnam Tung Ting Oolong
The bright green cup features an elegant tea with a sweet floral aroma. The city of Bao Loc is located in the Lam Dong province of the highlands of South Vietnam where for decades Taiwanese methods have produced excellent green oolongs.The freshly picked tea leaves are first dried on open-air cloths in the sun and then rolled in cylindrical bamboo pots so that the leaves can be broken and the fermentation can be initiated.After reaching the desired degree of fermentation the tea is dried at low temperatures.
